Householders will have one point of contact on our projects. This helps maintain strong and effective lines of communication between all project stakeholders.
For added householder peace of mind we will maintain a visible presence within the community the duration of the project.
Once a householder has had their flood defence measures installed and a Completion Statement has been signed, they will be provided with a Homeowner Guide.
The Homeowner Guide includes a complete overview of all products installed in a property, deployment instructions, and advice on maintenance intervals and warranties.
